Where we deliver

We currently deliver to selected pincodes in Srinagar and are adding more areas over time. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to see whether we deliver to you.

If we do not deliver to your pincode yet, you can join the waitlist for your area and we will let you know when we start.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free to every pincode we serve.

How long it takes

Your order is dispatched after you confirm it using the link in our WhatsApp message. We will tell you the expected delivery time when you check your pincode or when we confirm your order.

Paying on delivery

Payment is cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready if you can. The delivery person will give you your order once it is paid for.

If you are not available

If we cannot reach you or nobody is available at the address, we will try to contact you on your WhatsApp number to arrange another time.
